Celebrating Our Secondary Instruction Coaches!

Today we’re celebrating Amber Williams and Jonathan McDillon, our incredible Secondary Instruction Coaches serving Edgewood Middle School, Lakeview Middle School, and Warsaw Community High School in Language Arts and Math.

Their impact reaches far beyond lesson plans and instructional strategies. They collaborate with teachers, support students, share resources, analyze data, encourage growth, and help educators feel confident in the important work they do every day.

Thank you, Amber and Jonathan, for being trusted partners to our teachers and champions for student learning across our secondary schools. Your expertise, encouragement, and commitment make a difference every single day. We appreciate all you do to support our teachers and students!
