Welcome to my Page!

Class of 2016, you are Seniors! Lots of exciting things happening this year. College applications, cap and gown ordering, graduation plans and college visits are just a few of them. Herff Jones, our graduation products company has been here once this year and will return on December 8th. Otherwise, you can go online to order products.
Ms. Quance and I will be coming into your English classrooms in January to discuss scholarship info. Remember for those of you going to college, there will be a FAFSA meeting on February 17th to help with this process. Come to Guidance if you have any questions.

Grades
Make sure you are doing your best work.  If you did not pass your core classes (Algebra, English, Biology, World or US History or Geography) last semester, you will have to take them again until you pass them to graduate.  Please get help if you need it so that you can pass your classes.  We have many places to go to get help, start with your teachers! Parents, please check your students grades and talk to them about them.

ECA's
Remember that if you did not pass the Algebra or English ECA(End of Course Assessment) last year, you will have the opportunity to take it again in December. Remember, our class has the best record of passing the Algebra ECA than any other class. Let's finish out our year strong. Remember that the Algebra and English ECA needs to be passed in order to graduate.
Please make sure you call or email me if you have any questions.

Informational Parent Meeting
Here is a copy of the PowerPoint that was shared at Welcome Back to School Night if you were unable to attend.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
