Welcome to Mr Bailey's US History Class
Course Description: The course of U.S. History is designed to help students understand that past events in history (1929-current) effect on individuals and groups in the present. The students will study the key events, people, groups, and movements in the late nineteenth, twentieth, and early twenty-first centuries, as they relate to life in Indiana and the United States. Ultimately students will understand the importance of making wise decisions as American citizens. U.S. History is a required graduation course available during the student’s junior year. Length of the course is two semesters (“A” 1750-1929 and “B” 1929-present).
