Everyone has a story to tell.  What's yours?  Come to the Media Center and share your story for Teen Read Week.  This year's theme is "Unleash Your Story," and we're celebrating with fun activities for you.
  • Check out a fantastic biography or memoir
  • Write a six-word memoir for our story board
  • Create a paper bag journal to save your ideas

  • Media Center Mission

    The Warsaw Community High School Media Center supports the mission of Warsaw Community Schools and the curriculum of Warsaw Community High School. Our program, guided by the American Association of School Librarian's Standards for the 21st Century Learner, seeks to empower students as they grow into life-long learners by providing:
    • instruction in information literacy and learning experiences to help students grow as inquiring critical thinkers, skilled researchers as well as ethical users and communicators of information
    • intellectual, physical and virtual access to a variety of informational materials
    • encouragement to read for personal and aesthetic growth
    • collaboration with teachers to design learning strategies and opportunities to meet the information needs of students within the school curriculum.
