The WCHS Drama Dept. will present the classic British comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest, on May 4th & 5th at 7:30 pm in the PAC Black Box Theatre.  This Oscar Wilde high comedy will provide a great evening of entertainment with mischievous characters, quick engagements, and discovering a true identity.  All tickets are $6.00.
Join us for an evening of Fascinating Rhythms at the Warsaw Performing Arts Center! The WCHS Jazz Band and Percussion Ensemble will perform in concert on Thursday, May 3rd at 7:00pm. Featuring a variety of jazz and percussion music, including the top-ranked "Lake Effect" Winter Percussion Ensemble, this free event will have something for everyone!
This weekend, our Lake Effect percussion ensemble braved the near blizzard-like conditions in Indianapolis to compete in the Indiana Percussion Association state prelims.
Please congratulate these students on bringing home a Top 3 finish with some of the highest performance and artistry scores of any group across all classifications in the state!
They will compete for the IPA state title in April!
We are proud of their effort and success!
Saturday, February 17 the Warsaw Band Boosters are hosting a “Dan’s Fish Fry” fish and chicken fundraiser from 5:00 –7:30 PM in the Warsaw High School cafeteria.  Prices are Adults $10.00, Children 6-12 $6.00, 5 & under eat free. Tickets can be purchased at the door or presale by contacting the high school music office at 574-371-5037.  This is an all-you-can-eat dinner, featuring  “Dan’s Fish Fry Service”.  Carry out is available.  All proceeds support the Warsaw Band Program.

    The Warsaw Community High School Media Center supports the mission of Warsaw Community Schools and the curriculum of Warsaw Community High School. Our program, guided by the American Association of School Librarian's Standards for the 21st Century Learner, seeks to empower students as they grow into life-long learners by providing:
    • instruction in information literacy and learning experiences to help students grow as inquiring critical thinkers, skilled researchers as well as ethical users and communicators of information
    • intellectual, physical and virtual access to a variety of informational materials
    • encouragement to read for personal and aesthetic growth
    • collaboration with teachers to design learning strategies and opportunities to meet the information needs of students within the school curriculum.
