All of our Freshman students have completed their Media Center Orientation by participating in a Scavenger hunt.   After their digital work, they the located areas of interest in the Media Center and finished strong with finding non-fiction books.
WELCOME!  It is time for a new school year.  Please come visit the Media Center before, during and after school.  We have many, many research and reading resources for you to use.  We will be looking forward to seeing you!

    The Warsaw Community High School Media Center supports the mission of Warsaw Community Schools and the curriculum of Warsaw Community High School. Our program, guided by the American Association of School Librarian's Standards for the 21st Century Learner, seeks to empower students as they grow into life-long learners by providing:
    • instruction in information literacy and learning experiences to help students grow as inquiring critical thinkers, skilled researchers as well as ethical users and communicators of information
    • intellectual, physical and virtual access to a variety of informational materials
    • encouragement to read for personal and aesthetic growth
    • collaboration with teachers to design learning strategies and opportunities to meet the information needs of students within the school curriculum.
