The WCHS Media Center is celebrating learning with the Odyssey Olympics!  All the Freshman English students are participating in eighteen fun and interactive learning opportunities.  The festival is the culminating activity for their study of the literary works of Homer and Ancient Greek mythology.

    The Warsaw Community High School Media Center supports the mission of Warsaw Community Schools and the curriculum of Warsaw Community High School. Our program, guided by the American Association of School Librarian's Standards for the 21st Century Learner, seeks to empower students as they grow into life-long learners by providing:
    • instruction in information literacy and learning experiences to help students grow as inquiring critical thinkers, skilled researchers as well as ethical users and communicators of information
    • intellectual, physical and virtual access to a variety of informational materials
    • encouragement to read for personal and aesthetic growth
    • collaboration with teachers to design learning strategies and opportunities to meet the information needs of students within the school curriculum.
