We embrace the core values of Warsaw Community Schools.

  • Everyone has value- any question you may have is important to us. Feel free to call or email us when you need to know something. If we don’t already know, we’ll make every effort to help you find out.
  • Every individual has something to contribute- each student is unique and we enjoy getting to know your students and helping them pursue their dreams.
  • Learning enriches life- Students can get very excited when they master a concept or have a passion ignited. They can also get very discouraged if they are struggling in class. Let us know how we can help you on either end of that spectrum.

Welcome back, Tigers! We, your school counselors, are excited to work with you in pursuing your dreams and enriching the lives of others!

Mrs. Diane Quance lead the department for several years and retired at the end of the 2016-17 school year. This year, Mrs. Luisa Davis and Mrs. Sarah Graham will be the new co-directors of the school counseling program. They are joined by the four returning counselors, Mrs. Sarah Wallen (9th grade), Mrs. Rochelle Sears (10th grade), Mrs. Rhonda Graney (11th grade), and Mr. Scott Seney (12th grade).

We would be honored to have you come visit. We look forward to meeting with you and walking with you through this year.

Standing Proud With You,

Your School Counselors

Hoosier Girls State information is now available in the guidance office.  This program is available to current juniors and is designed to educate young women of Indiana in the duties, privileges, rights and responsibilities of citizenship.  It is a week of living and learning the political system of Indiana through a mythical city.  This year’s Hoosier Girls State will be held from June 18th through June 24th on the campus of Trine University in Angola.  You don’t have to be interested in politics to benefit from this activity…Citizenship, not politics, is emphasized.  This would be a great way to kick-off your summer and it looks great on scholarship and job applications too!!  Stop by the guidance office to pick up an application.  Deadline is February 24th.
