The June 7 SAT room assignments have been posted outside the Counseling/Guidance Office and just inside door #16 at the end of the English department. Students planning to take the June 7 SAT should plan to be here no later than 7:45 am, doors open @ 7:15 and the test begins @ 8:00 am.
Be sure to bring an ID with you along with your SAT admission ticket
. Also plan to bring your calculator, a snack and a water. Should there be questions see Mr. Swaim in the Counseling/Guidance Office.
Just a reminder that the Senior Picnic will take place at Central Park after commencement practice on Friday June 6th. Practice begins at 9 a.m. with the picnic immediately following at Central Park (approximately 11:30).
We have several students that have not yet picked up graduation tickets. Please stop by the guidance office as soon as possible to complete the survey and get your eight tickets.
Senior worship is on Thursday June 5th from 6-7 PM at the Hub at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church. The address is 1200 Kings Hwy Winona Lake. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend—it’s not just for seniors. Please join us.
Principal Troy Akers, of Warsaw Community High School, is proud to announce the names of the Valedictorian and Salutatorian from the Class of 2014.
The Valedictorian is awarded to Mr. Grant Carlson. Grant is the son of Steve and Amy Carlson. Grant plans to attend Grace College and major in Health Sciences.
The Salutatorian is awarded to Mr. Dean Katris. Dean is the son of Chris and Cindy Katris. Dean plans to attend Indiana University and major in Microbiology.
Congratulations to these two fine young men on their four-year academic achievements. These young men model the Core Values of the WCS Strategic Plan and truly live the WCS Mission. WCS teachers and administrators are very proud of these two students and wish them the very best for a bright future!
