What happens after health registration?

AFTER YOU SUBMIT Your school nurse will approve or request more information if they have questions.

THIS SCHOOL YEAR Your school nurse will see your child’s conditions, medications, allergies, and more. You will receive email notifications when your child visits the nurse, if their medication is running low, and more.

NEXT SCHOOL YEAR Your child’s health record will be saved, so all you have to do is update information that has changed.

Any parent wishing to pay for TBR fees via cash or set up a payment plan will need to contact the attending school. For questions please call the Warsaw Community School's Central Office at 574-371-5098.

For parents needing computer assistance, WCS will have open computer lab times at the WCHS campus on July 12,13,16, and 17.  More information will be available soon.

Valedictorian

Kyler Bartol, son of Brenden and Dora Bartol, has been named the valedictorian for Warsaw Community High School’s class of 2018. He plans to attend Purdue University where he will major in biology. Bartol then plans to further his education through the pursuit of a medical school degree. 

Kyler's high school activities include serving as student body vice president on the WCHS student council during his senior year; participating in National Honors Society; holding internships at Kosciusko Community Hospital and Elements Materials Technology; and playing on the tennis team. Kyler also participated in Warsaw Community High School Blitz volunteering in his community. 

 


Salutatorian 


Zachary V. Howard, son of Mark Howard and Deydra Carpenter, has been named the salutatorian for the WCHS class of 2018. Zach's future plans include majoring in engineering at Purdue University. 

While in high school, Zach participated in FFA in many capacities such as chapter vice president his sophomore year, president his junior year and treasurerhis senior year. Within FFA, Zach placed in multiple state and career development events and participated in community service at the Young McDonald's Barn at the Kosciusko County Fair and Agriculture Awareness Day.
On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Warsaw Community High School and the Warsaw Area Career Center are holding the annual WCHS/WACC Academic Showcase from 5-8 p.m. This event is primarily meant for current WCHS students and their parents, as well as all incoming freshmen for next year in the class of 2022. This is a great chance to come tour the building and see all the wonderful opportunities that are available to students at WCHS and in the WACC. Every department throughout the school will be showcasing their talented teachers and previewing their available classes and curriculums. There will be fun and interactive activities, as well as informational flyers that will help students and families decide what courses they should take at WCHS. 

To the parents of incoming freshmen (current eighth graders), there will be two opportunities to attend the informative meeting in the Performing Arts Center. The first Class of 2022 meeting is scheduled for 5-5:45 p.m., and the second will be held at 6-6:45 p.m. The meetings are the same information, and parents of incoming freshmen (Class of 2022) are encouraged to attend one of the meetings.
