Game 1

The Tigers faced Fort Wayne Snider in the first game and fell 1-6. Brad Christenberry, Ethyn Bradley, and Ryan Marshall each had 2 hits. Zach Witt (3-3) was the losing pitcher giving up 6 earned runs on 8 hits. . The Tigers had 7 hits on 28 at bats.

Game 2

The Tigers bounced back in the second game winning 13-3 against DeKalb. The Tigers had some hot bats while getting 15 hits on 29 at bats. The Tigers scored 11 runs in the 3rd inning. Cole Baker hit a home run with Marselo Rodriguez going 4-4. Ethyn Bradley, Tyler LaFollette, and Ryan Marshall each had 2 hits a piece. The winning pitcher was Kevin Hawley (2-3) giving up 2 earned runs on 4 hits.

Varsity

The varsity team lost a hard fought game 6-8 at Elkhart Memorial. Ryan Marshall had 3 hits with Ethyn Bradley and Cole Baker each getting 2 hits. Isaac Lennon (0-5) was the losing pitcher. The Tigers had 11 hits on 33 at bats. The Tigers are 7-17 overall and 4-10 in the NLC.

JV

JV team also lost in a 2 run game falling 2-4. Alex Miller, Luke Baker, and Brady Yates each had 2 hits hits. Braxton Tennant hit a home run. The losing pitcher was Zach Morris. The JV team conclude their season with a record 12-10 on the year and 8-6 in conference.

According to Coach Thacker, for the fifth straight year the Warsaw Boys Track Team won the Goshen Sectional. The Tigers will be represented in seven events currently for the regional next week.

The varsity and JV golf teams took on Wawasee last Thursday and the varsity team was defeated for the first time this year. Warsaw shot a 163 with Wawasee shooting 4 below that with a 159. The JV team was victorious with a 166 while Wawasee shot a 180. For the second time last week, a JV player was a medalist and that player was Luke Delp shooting a 40. Jonny Hollar was also a medalist shooting a 40. The varsity team is 8-1 overall and 6-1 in the NLC. The JV team is 9-0 overall and 9-0 in conference. The scores are as follows:
