Warsaw Community High School in conjunction with Warsaw Police Department will participate in a routine canine search Thursday, March 22 at 1:30 p.m. The building will be placed in a "lockout" mode where teachers continue to teach, yet hallway traffic will be suspended. Warsaw Community Schools appreciates the participation of students and staff as well as the continued support of Warsaw Police Department in ensuring drug-free, safe schools in the district.

We would like to congratulate our "Lake Effect" Winter Percussion Ensemble on their 2nd place finish today (just .8 from 1st place!) as a competitive group in the Indiana Percussion Association! They currently hold the 4th highest score in the state across all Concert Class divisions (setting a high score record for WCHS today) and will compete in the IPA State Prelims next week! Please join us in congratulating these students on their high level of achievement so far this season!
Nick Kelly from Chimps Comix in Warsaw was Don Swartzentruber's guest speaker for Drawing lll/IPFW.
Topics included different approaches to sequential storytelling, the Comics Code and
Dr. Fredric Wertham, the popularity of DC and Marvel, and what it’s like to run a small business.
